Hi Dan, Great to have you with us today! Please share with our readers about yourself.

Hi, I’m from Sydney, Australia, and for the past eight years, I’ve been working on my own fantasy book series. I have worked in the security industry for over a decade, and some of my experiences were included in the first few chapters of this book to blur the lines between fantasy and reality.

Please tell us about your book, The Last Shadar (the Tribulations of Eloria Book 1).

The first book in the series is called: “THE TRIBULATIONS OF ELORIA (BOOK 1): The Last Shadar.” The story is about a security guard named Jack Campbell, who quits his job after being passed over for a promotion. To clear his head, he goes for a walk in a local forest and stumbles into the magical world of Eloria, a world of elves, fairies, dwarves, and other magical beings. Jack is someone who has never found his place in the human world, but in Eloria, his ideals are broken down as he discovers his true self. The book has been described by readers as “Narnia meets Lord of the Rings.”

Please share with our readers about your journey.

My journey has been long indeed, but this is just the beginning. The Tribulations of Eloria will be a series of seven books, so I have a lot of writing left to do! I also plan on writing a book of short stories. All of my stories will contain truth through fantasy.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

I don’t know if my book series will be successful or not, but I enjoy writing. It’s my passion, and I plan on doing it for the rest of my life. If I had to credit anyone, it would have to be Scottish author George MacDonald. When I read his book, “Phantastes: A Faerie Romance for Men and Women,” it completely changed my life. I could feel the presence of God radiating from the pages. In fact, Christian author, C.S. Lewis, had a similar experience while reading the same book. Other than George MacDonald, I must say that without the support of my friends and family, I probably would have given up a long time ago.

    Any message for our readers?

If you like Narnia and Lord of the Rings, then you will like my book!

Fantastic! So tell us, how can people find out more about your book?
