Miller started his path as a landlord in a difficult economic situation in 2016. Beginning in 2020, Curtis opened a real estate business titled Ayden and Noah Holdings, a business and a legacy. But around this time, he also decided to pursue a healthy lifestyle and set a true example for his family in all aspects, not just the financial one. He began recording his journey to freedom from financial burdens and achievement of better health on YouTube. This gave his lifestyle an additional boost, as he always desired to help others achieve their goals, so he was able to inspire many to become the best versions of themselves. Writing was yet another challenge, and now Curtis is offering his first book as a self-help guide that draws on his unique journey and expertise to share the message with as many people as possible.

    Curtis Miller lives in Jersey City with his family: wife Nioka and sons Ayden and Noah, whose names are honored in the title of Miller’s real estate company.     This motivational guide combines two different yet related self-improvement journeys—finances and health—and provides ways to make lasting positive change. Overcoming poverty and obesity are two challenges many will face during their lifetime. Wealth & Fitness: The Keys to Self-Improvement offers handy, widely applicable tips for financial planning and healthy living all in one book. I share my life advice from firsthand experience as he helps readers get finances and weight under control.     What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

    Here are some strategies in fitness and finance that I outline in my book that helped me lose over 70 pounds and payoff $30,000 in credit card debt.

    Fitness:

    2. Consistency: Regularity and consistency in your fitness routine can help you stay motivated and develop good habits.

    3. Mix up your workout routine: Incorporating variety into your exercise routine can prevent boredom and help you avoid plateaus in your progress.

    4. Healthy diet: Eating a balanced, nutritious diet can help fuel your workouts and provide your body with the necessary nutrients it needs.

    5. Stay accountable: Keeping a workout journal or having an accountability partner can help you stay on track and committed to your fitness goals.

    Finance:

    1. Create a budget: A budget can help you manage your money effectively and prioritize your spending.
