Hi Kelly, Great to have you with us today! Please share with our readers about yourself.

Hello, I’m Speaker, Author, and Empower Her Mindset Coach.

Please tell us about your book, From Here I Go.

My book is called “From Here I Go.” It’s a faith-based book that empowers a person (mainly women) with the skills and techniques of leaving their past behind, forgetting about their mistakes, and pressing forward to a place called “T.H.E.R.E.”

T.H.E.R.E. is that Thriving Healthy Environment where you are Emotionally Recovered and Embracing your abundant breakthrough. It’s a place where we strive for a level of peace, satisfaction, and contentment regardless of where we are physically. Peace is a mindset, not a physical place.

Please share with our readers about your journey.

My journey started from a life of a dysfunctional family full of domestic violence and being sexually assaulted by a neighborhood child friend at six years old. I joined the military, but after retirement, I suffered from an identity crisis of trying to find myself as a strong black woman in a place where I had to weaken my strengths for the comfort of others. This led to a lot of retrogression, pain, anger, and unforgiveness. Until I was willing to establish “the rock” on which I built my truth, and I moved to a place of peace, satisfaction, and contentment about myself.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

The strategies that helped me become successful in my journey were forgiveness, personal acceptance, confidence, mental strength/Health, and grace. I worked diligently to develop these strengths in myself, and I learned how to teach this to other women who felt like I did, being overlooked, overwhelmed, overtasked, lack of confidence, and lack of guidance on how to get unstuck and overcome frustration.

    Any message for our readers?

The time to do “you” is now. It’s time to step into your Now, forget your past and past mistakes, and From Here Go, to the place called “T.H.E.R.E.” Be willing to leave it all behind and just go. Let no one hold you to your past, you have the right to start again, and the time to go and step in your NOW is NOW.

The place called “T.H.E.R.E.” is based on your level of satisfaction in relation to the Parable of the Sower and the Seed. We all have a choice to live at the 30-60-100-Fold blessing. However, in order to physically achieve anything, you must first grab hold of what you want in your mind. Being “T.H.E.R.E.” is about mindset and mind shift.

Fantastic! So tell us, how can people find out more about you?
