    Hi Layla, Great to have you with us today! Please share with our readers about yourself.

    Hello, I am a self-published author on Amazon. I am a black woman who has struggled with poverty, discrimination, and toxic relationships growing up in the US. My latest book, “Self Care for Black Women: 5 Books in 1 | A Powerful Mental Health Workbook to Quiet Your Inner Critic, Boost Self-Esteem, and Love Yourself,” is a compilation of five essential books for any black woman looking to prioritize her mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being. 

    The book consists of five individual books, each covering an important aspect of self-care, including emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. The books are designed to help readers develop a self-care strategy that works for them and take charge of their own mental health.

    Please tell us more about your journey. 

    My journey has been filled with challenges, but I have always been a fighter. Growing up, I faced many challenges, but I refused to let them define me. I knew that I wanted to help other black women like myself, so I started writing about my experiences and sharing my knowledge and insights with others. It was not an easy journey, but I persisted, and eventually, I was able to help thousands of others over the past few years, and in this book, I share the best lessons and tips I’ve learned in my own life, as well as by helping others.

    Any message for our readers? 

    As black women, we face unique challenges and obstacles that can take a toll on our mental and emotional well-being. It is essential to prioritize self-care and take steps to improve our mental and emotional health. My book offers a comprehensive approach to self-care that can help readers develop a strategy that works for them. Remember to prioritize your mental health, seek support from your community, and never give up on your dreams.
