I am Jenny Garufi, international bestselling author, teacher, healer, and the creator of The Instant Alignment: 1 Minute Magic podcast. My journey began not with a plan but with a crisis.
For seven years, I battled multiple chronic diseases that progressively worsened despite every medical intervention available. Doctors eventually told me I would likely end up in a wheelchair. For someone who had always loved to dance, those words felt devastating.
But somewhere in the depths of that struggle, something shifted. I stopped looking outward for answers and turned inward. I began working with gratitude, energy healing, mindset, and the power of how I spoke to my own body. I started taking small intentional moments throughout my day; a conscious breath here, a moment of genuine appreciation there, and something extraordinary happened.
Within three weeks, I had healed in ways my doctors could not explain.
That experience did not just change my health. It ignited a passion that has driven everything since. What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
