Hi, Thank you so much for joining us today! Please introduce yourself and tell us what you do. 

Hello! My name is Renaya Moore, and I’m a Registered Behavioral Technician and Author.

Please tell us about your Book. 

I started writing this book when I was 14, and now I’m almost 26! It took me a while to be comfortable telling the story that I’ve told, and for a while, I was really insecure about sharing a book that deals with so much of what I’ve personally struggled with. I’m really hoping that this is the kind of book people will turn to when they feel lonely, when they feel like no one understands them. I hope reading Kodomo Doki Doki gives them new friends and lets them feel understood.

The journey involved lots of self-doubt and starting over, over and over again. Honestly, if I had to do it alone, I’m not sure I ever would have finished Book 1, haha! What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

Strategies? Praying-like seriously praying. For prose and for the strength to not give up. Plus, daydreaming and putting the dream to work, haha!
