I started at the grassroots level, building a solid foundation at companies like Global Crossing and Microsoft, where I cut my teeth on complex tech projects. Over the years, I’ve navigated through roles at T-Mobile and Amazon, where I spearheaded key innovations that profoundly impacted user experience and drove substantial revenue growth. Today, I find myself at Walmart Global Tech, where I continue to push the boundaries of what our digital and device strategies can achieve, leading initiatives that enhance how millions of associates and customers interact with our technologies. Each step of this journey has been about chasing bigger challenges and making a tangible impact on the tech landscape.
As an author, what prompted you to write “Beyond Products“?
The inspiration for the idea for “Beyond Products” sprang from a casual dinner conversation I had with Harish. We were discussing our experiences in the tech field when we stumbled upon a shared frustration: the way product management often glosses over the crucial element of ongoing customer success. What strategies would you recommend for someone looking to succeed in product management?
For those venturing into product management, my top strategies include embracing a rigorous analytical approach—thorough market research, continuous customer feedback, and robust data analytics are crucial.
