Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing BuddhawrlD, a multi-talented musician from New York, United States.

Hi, Please introduce yourself and tell us about what it is that you do.

Ayeee, it’s BuddhawrlD, the number one creator in the world.

Please tell us more about your journey.

Well, my journey is a legendary long one that’s still being written to this day. Only the strong can survive. Got past homelessness, betrayal, stabbings, shootings, rapes, mental issues, tumor, crazy exes… got past it all.

Please tell us about the incident that occurred on September 4th.

You see, you have to watch the people you call you friends or allies. You have to be mindful of their true intent. You see, I’ve always been a hard-working man as my mother and Abuela raised me, so when a fellow of mine offered a side gig of only cleaning AirBnBs for a rich black lady, then I’m all in. Haha, don’t gotta tell a brother nothing else sir, yes mam’ now the women’s first property is located in the Canarsie area of Brooklyn, and if you know anything about that area you know it’s been hot the last decade, but I’m here for work… or so Buddha thought. Now to my fault and maybe not a fault, but I and my comrades were high under the influence of marijuana as she allows us to engage in such activities as long as we complete the task ahead. Now this one night in particular (the second meetup), it was lit. I mean lit Buh idk… she came to me.. us(3 of us at the time, (the recruiter Jha and YoungBoy Doodoo ) and told us this man who (at the time I wasn’t aware of her history with him) was harassing her by the station. So I went over against maybe my comrades’ unannounced wishes to address the situation. As I was exiting the Rockaway train station, this aggressive grown little dude is talking his shit, and I’m still calm at this point because I just want to know why he troubles the lady some you know. But he didn’t want no talk no…. so he swings for me, and she’s behind me at this point, so I move my head, and he hits her, then she hits him, and now it’s a royal rumble. Long story short, I give the brother the business. I broke them up feel me. Knocked them out. And he didn’t like that too much, maybe even hurt his soul to the point where he felt embarrassed. I mean, the guy didn’t land a single punch. I’m talking obliterated. The officer was at my bedside in the morning and proudly told me how much I was a brute. And I figured now you’re wondering how did it get to this point… well, of course, I blacked out, lol. I blacked out because he stabbed me 9x. Twice in my stomach, opening my belly requiring me to get 2 surgeries. Once in the hip. 5x in the left arm, ruining my damn beautiful Panamanian tattoo, and once in the neck. But I’m okay, you know. It just puzzles the people around me that I actually went to help the guy, you know. I had no intentions of harming that man ever. Maybe I went too far in proving my point. My OG tells me I’m crazy. I should’ve walked away after I knocked em out. I was trying to help the brother …. but we were never brothers.

Honestly, I’m just blessed to be here, and I’ll never put myself in that sorta predicament again. You know how much blood I lost? Lol, I went from about 252 to 214 that fast… life is real. But all in all, I want to end this on a positive note and say thank you. I needed that. You see,

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

It’s simple. Consistency and Self Belief. Hard work, and more hard work…
