How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey.
We opened Brand TKO with a passion for protecting brands and consumers from counterfeit items, resold items that are deemed unsafe, and stolen and resold digital intellectual property. We don’t take NO for an answer when it comes to protecting our client’s intellectual property.
We’ve studied and worked to protect many household brands via direct hire and contractual hire. We’re fluent in a wide array of industries such as; Automotive, Dental, Online Courses, Electronics, Licensing, Fashion & Apparel, Cosmetics, Luxury Goods, Consumer Products, Industrial, Pharma Products, Medical Devices, and Dietary Products.
Who are your role models?
We look up to the field agents who are pioneers of brand protection. Field agents who physically go to retail stores, markets, and shops to stop counterfeit items from being sold to protect IP and consumers from being harmed from untested fake products. We’re strictly in online brand protection enforcement only, so we give all of the credit to those in this field who consistently enforce in person.
What inspires you?
Inspiration really strikes us when we see how pleased our clients are after we send our monthly takedown/removal reports. We consistently perform manual queries, checks, and scraping across the entire internet to discover unauthorized sales and counterfeits of our clients’ products. Inspiration is truly found when we see a low to zero number of those counterfeits after our diligence and removals are completed for our clients.

Please tell us about your company BrandTKO.
BrandTKO has a lot of pride when protecting consumers. We’ve seen firsthand the damage that a counterfeit product can do to an individual. In some cases, the damage can be lifelong, leaving a consumer hopeless! We stay proactive with counterfeit product search through software and human touch searches. It’s important that we keep counterfeit items off the market because they are known to fund crime organizations too!
