Today, we are Interviewing Ganesh. He is an immigrant from India settled in Canada. He has done part of his education in India and has done a master’s degree in Canada.
Currently, he is working as a project management expert. Internet Marketing (IM) is his passion, and his goal is to make enough passive income from his online assets that he can do it full time. Let’s hear about his journey.
1. How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey.
I have always been interested in how the Internet works. I believed Internet Marketing is the future. I started experimenting with few online ventures and currently settling on Affiliate Marketing as that is where I find good success.
As part of affiliate marketing, I find profitable niches and bring in-depth information about these niches to my audience. This would help my audience (visitors) to make informed decisions.
2. Who are your role models?
My role models are everyday hardworking people. Everyone got a story, and they are striving to achieve something or the other. I try to observe the steps they go through and the successes they register. I always look around and gather my motivation from others.
3. What inspires you?
My inspiration is the successes that are achieved by normal people. What I mean by that is everyday people, who were not born into already successful families, achieving success little by little and attaining their life dreams
4. Please tell us about your company.
I am an Internet Marketing (IM) entrepreneur, and I have a few websites in various niche. I run all of them as a sole proprietor. I have a Print-on-demand (POD) business selling fit yoga apparel. I have another site on lawnmowers where you can find the best lawnmower reviews.
5. What’s your most memorable experience?
One of my most memorable experiences is when I had an IM student learning from my experience. Without going to specifics, I was able to help to get out of a sticky situation with one of the affiliate’s advertises. It is memorable because of the highest satisfaction that I had in helping a fellow IM’er with their issue using my experience.
6. How are you using different social media channels/online marketing to market your work?
I use Instagram extensively to reach my audience. Apart from that, I post on Facebook pages related to my various businesses.
7. What’s your greatest fear?
My greatest fear is suddenly losing all control of various things of my life. Family, work, and my businesses. I always worry about ensuring all things are moving as they are supposed to.
8. Looking back, what’s one thing you wish you understood better before you ever got started?
That there are no shortcuts. Anything worthwhile needs to be built with long term planning and strategy in mind.
9. What are the success strategies/secrets that helped you in your journey?
It is to have a long term view on everything while understanding that significant changes happen in tiny bits. Great success needs a plan and hard work
10. What keeps you going when things get tough?
That everything passes, and success is guaranteed for those who stride on.
