Not taking any risk is the biggest risk, says Pragati Ojha – Author of ‘Financial Freedom for Immigrants’

Pragati-Ojha

Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Pragati OjhaAuthor of the book “Financial Freedom for Immigrants.”

Please tell us about what it is that you do.

I am the director of two companies and manage my own property portfolio, a business on its own. I am also DGM at The Clarendon Blackheath. I love coaching lifeskills such as wealth building, growth mindset, health & fitness and positivity. I enjoy staying active mentally, as well as physically. I take pride in sharing what I know to uplift someone else’s life.

Please tell us more about your journey.

Having educated in a boarding school during my early days made me very independent, giving me the courage and confidence to travel aboard soon after schooling. I remember the time when the single most expensive thing I had was a DSLR camera, which came to my rescue at my lowest point in life when I had to sell the camera to carry on with my life. I have traveled from Asia to Australia to the Pacific to Europe and America, giving me a wide international exposure, which helps me connect with an international audience naturally. I came to the UK as a student 17 years ago and now a proud British citizen, but with a Nepalese heart.

Recently I have taken into writing the book “Financial Freedom for Immigrants,” which is selling on Amazon with great reviews. The book is about helping potential, new, and amateur UK immigrants get into property investment early so they can build their way towards financial freedom.

Please tell us about your company.

I am the director of Investomind Limited and PNR Property Limited. Both of which are property related businesses. Investomind Limited is a boutique-style property company that focuses on deal packaging, sourcing, and investment-related education, whereas PNR Property Limited focuses on property investment itself.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

I love the quote, “not taking any risk is the biggest risk.” Success is different for different people, as some are happy with BMW, whereas others may not be happy even with Rolls Royce. I am successful in my own way, but I am not stopping here. I believe the combination of patience, calmness, persistence, and positivity has shaped me into what I am today. And finally, slow and steady progress works better for me than waiting for the perfect moment to blast.

Any message for our readers.

I believe there is no such thing as Perfection. Instead, you should evolve with time and keep progressing. We all come across ups and downs in the journey of life, but the sooner we learn to get over our pain, the better. As the saying goes, it’s not how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up that count towards success in your life.

Fantastic! So tell us, how can people find out more about you?

You can find out more about me from Amazon Author Central, my YouTube Channel, my company website, and of course, my book “Financial Freedom for Immigrants.” You can also contact me via my LinkedIn profile.

Thank you so much for giving us your precious time! We wish you the best for your journey ahead!
