Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Tripindickulous, a 32 years young, alternative music artist from California.
His first release as an alternative artist is the new record, Insecure.
Hi, Great to have you with us today! Please tell us about what it is that you do.
I was born in Hollywood, raised in Los Angeles and the Orange County. I started taking music seriously at 17 when I dropped out of high school and never looked back. I started as a rapper, and now I make alternative music. The music I make is something you can dance to, feel emotionally, and also inspire. I write all of my stuff, I love to perform, and I’m just now learning how to produce.
Please tell us more about your journey.
I started this journey back on June 2nd, 2021, as far as the new direction with alternatives. Before that, I was rapping for 14 years and had some small success but never got to where I wanted to. Then, I realized the culture and the game wasn’t the same anymore, and I wasn’t setting a great example for my son, so I made the change. Since making the change, everything has changed for the better in my life and everyone connected to it.
The name of my artistry, brand, and label is “Tripindickulous” the definition: “Trippy and Ridiculous Art and Action.” The slogan behind the brand/company is “Nothing Can Be Wrong.” Meaning whatever you feel is right, whatever you feel to be, or believe in is 100% correct. Our mission statement is:
“To share with the world the joy of being free. Influencing the future and the now to be free and to be themselves”.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
The strategies I came up with were and still are based on a hunch. It’s not like I’m psychic and just know, lol. But I continue to follow my gut, my heart, the hunches I keep having. And it truly has worked for me, faith in the creator of it all, ya know. That’s my secret, at least; everyone is different.

Never give up on yourself or your dreams. No matter what happens in your life or doesn’t, keep going. No matter who you lose in your life, you gotta keep pushing through for whatever it is you’re trying to reach or whatever it is that means everything/the most to you. Don’t get discouraged at other people’s success either. You’ll never get anywhere worried about others. Just focus on you and the goal and make forward movement always.
