I knew from an early age that I loved being able to help others. With over a decade of recruiting experience, I have had the pleasure of matching countless candidates with their dream jobs and clients with the perfect employee that assimilates into company work cultures effortlessly.
Please tell us about your company, CareerPath Staffing.
CareerPath Staffing strives to be a true staffing partner with our clients. We offer three recruiting service options because we believe that every client has different hiring needs.
CPS also has a Career Services Division in which we offer candidates resume writing & Linkedin services, interview preparation sessions, and career coaching. We recently launched a downloadable job seeker resource page on our website, complete with resume templates, job hunting guides, and career coaching resources.
CareerPath Staffing has been in business since 2018. It is different from other staffing agencies because we are a company’s true staffing partner. We offer three recruiting service options because each of our clients is unique. We take the time to get to know our clients and candidates so we can match them up with the talent and jobs they will love. We know what it takes to find the right candidate for company openings because we’ve done it countless times before. Clients work directly with their recruiter and account manager, which means that they will personally handle all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and much more!
Our Career Services Division also offers a host of resources to guide job seekers on their own individual paths to career success. Our resources include resume writing, LinkedIn services, interview prep, career coaching, and so much more! Job Seekers will also have access to job hunting guides, resume templates, and career path resources to help guide candidates on their own unique path to career success.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
We have tuned into customer demand and client/candidate feedback to implement process improvement initiatives and expand our services to meet more needs. Our marketing strategies have been adjusted to accommodate new services over time, as well.
Our journey will never truly end in terms of professional development. From the start, CareerPath Staffing has always aimed to further the success of our client through our agency, staying up to date on the current candidate and recruitment market/landscape. Our agency only utilizes the latest tools and techniques to capture company and job seeker needs to elevate experiences and make the best matches. Our clients often come to us because they lack the resources and time to DIY.
