Today, we are interviewing Angel, owner of AJ StillFrame, a Custom Shirt Printing Company.
1. How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey.
My journey started with getting my degree in Art, Design, and Marketing degree. Once I graduated, I started my own printing company.
2. What inspires you?
My inspiration comes from the people around me. Living in a small area, where not everyone has money to buy a 25 dollar custom t-shirt before shipping. And seeing kids not having the same group shirt because of the lack of money is awful. It inspires me to keep prices low where I can still make a profit too.
3. Please tell us about your company.
My company is AJ StillFrame. We are a Custom Shirt printing company. We do custom shirts as well as standard shirts that we sell on our site. We also do resin jewelry. My favorite is the pawprint earrings. We do everything on order and try to make every customer happy.

4. What’s your most memorable experience?
My most memorable moment was when a little girl needed a shirt printed by the next day because she ruined her shirt she got from the group order that they got from an online store. I was able to match the shirt, and the little girl’s face was priceless. It was worth the last-minute rush.
5. What’s your greatest fear?
My greatest fear would be messing up a huge shirt order and not being able to get it done in time, and the customers will not have their shirts for the event.
6. What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
The strategies I have used to become successful are going to different consignment stores and asking if they will carry my products. Opening my own online store and posting daily on social media to reach people. This year I am pushing to do festivals and planning contests and giveaways next month in March.
7. What keeps you going when things get tough?
When things get tough, I make a plan for the next week to promote or push my sales a little harder that week.
