Hi Arminta, Great to have you with us today! Please share your journey with our readers.
I specialize in Special Populations. I love helping clients reach and surpass their fitness goals. I created Get Mint Fit over 10 years ago when I discovered that many people who are trying to develop a healthy lifestyle were going about it without the proper tools.

As the owner of Get Mint Fit, it is my goal to get each client in Mint Condition.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
The strategies that have helped me and still help me remain successful are to tackle small things every day. I believe in the K.I.S.S. Method (Keep It Simple Sweetheart). I set daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals. I create a checklist and cross my goals off as they are achieved. I create success for myself when I help my clients do their best.
Any message for our readers.
I would like everyone to understand that being in Mint Condition is possible. Eating well, exercising most days, and resting are important. Many diseases & illnesses can be prohibited or limited when you are your healthiest!
