Zoran Vidović’s leadership philosophy was earned through years of real-world experience. His journey began in the Croatian military, where he trained as an infantry officer leading reconnaissance platoons. Discipline, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure became second nature.
Later, he spent a decade as Chief Security Officer with Disney Cruise Line, overseeing teams in diverse and high-stakes environments. These roles taught him that leadership is about service and communication. Each challenge, whether on a ship at sea or in a boardroom, strengthened his belief that leaders have the power to influence culture in profound ways.
Zoran’s background is supported by formal education and specialized training. With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, he built a foundation in strategic thinking and problem-solving. He also holds certifications in Instructor Training, Wicklander–Zulawski cognitive techniques, and Hostile Environment Close Protection, blending psychology, resilience, and education into his leadership approach.
