Hi Howard, It’s great to have you with us today! Please share about yourself with our readers.

Hi, I live in the state of Maine in the U.S. I’m a new Indie author with a focus on children’s books and poetry. I live in a tiny house surrounded by forest in the Maine woods, where I find my inspiration.

Please tell us about your book, Lore of the Dugal Bears.

My book “Lore of the Dugal Bears” is a magical journey of color, laughter, and transformation. In the shadowy, grey world of the Dugal Bears, there’s no place for joy—until Nudo begins to dream of vibrant colors. When a playful dream fairy named Matilda shows him the power of laughter, Nudo sets out to share this newfound joy with his grumpy clan. Can one bear’s giggles bring color and happiness to an entire forest? This enchanting story will delight young readers with its message of kindness, imagination, and the magic that lives inside us all.

Please tell us about your journey.

I have been writing since a young age, short stories, poetry and scripts. I recently decided to learn the business of Indie publishing, which led to this book. I enjoy this whole process of independent publishing and look forward to publishing more books.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?

My goal is to write stories that are fun and joyful to read. I find gratification when my story becomes a favorite bedtime story for a child and the parents, as expressed in reviews I’ve received on Amazon.
